  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Sorry No Amex or Diners. We also accept Cheques, Money Orders and Internet Bank Transfers (Direct Debit).

  • How long is my hosting contract?You can pay monthly by direct debit from your credit card. Other options are to pay every three, six or twelve months. Your contract is determined by the term of your payment - we do not give refunds.

  • When is my account due?
    Your account is always paid up to the end of the last month of your payment term. You must pay new fees on or before the 1st of the next month, or cancel in writing, before the new term begins, or fees are payable.

  • Do you send out invoices/receipts?
    Our credit card processor direct debits the credit card you have submitted on the first business day of the month. A tax invoice receipt will be emailed to you. If you do not pay by direct debit you will receive our payment notifications by email to your registered email address, starting two month before the hosting term expires. Upon payment of your fees a tax invoice will be emailed to you.

  • My credit card has expired, where should I enter my credit card details?
    You will need to update your credit card information by contacting us on a support ticket or by using the MEMBERS AREA interface.

  • Will my account be cancelled if payment is not made?
    No your account remains active (but suspended) unless we receive your written cancellation. Fees are payable unless formal written cancellation is received.  

  • Can my account be re-instated
    If your account is suspended for any reason it can be re-instated once the reason for suspension has been resolved. Termination of a service is final.
